About the role

  • Oversee and drive sales activities, enhance client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand the company's global presence.

Requirements

  • Proven 5+ experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Relevant B2B sales experience with technology products, especially video surveillance, security solutions, or related fields.
  • Experience with working in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European (French, Spanish, German, Italian) are an advantage.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings, events, and partner collaborations.
