- Defining and evolving the Android technical vision in alignment with product and platform goals
- Leading the adoption of modern Android development practices (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, modularization)
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable mobile architecture for high-traffic applications
- Mentoring Android engineers, fostering technical growth and sharing knowledge across teams
- Contributing hands-on to critical features and architectural foundations
- Guiding CI/CD integration, automated testing, and monitoring for production reliability
- Taking ownership of incident management and production issues, ensuring system resilience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Android development
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose
- Proven experience designing and scaling large production applications with millions of users
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture principles, clean code, and design pattern
- Experience leading teams, setting technical direction, and mentoring engineers
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and mobile DevOps practices
- Deep knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, and app security
- English C1+
