About the role
- Outbound sales outreach via calls, email & LinkedIn to acquire new B2B customers in the German market
- Present solutions aligned with prospects’ needs and challenges
- Generate, qualify & develop leads and manage your own sales pipeline
- Use CRM tools to document activities and execute structured follow-ups
- Collaborate with team leads & account executives to optimize the process and hand over qualified opportunities
Requirements
- Initial experience in outbound calling / telesales / lead generation, ideally in B2B
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and booking qualified appointments
- Resilient, target-driven, and adept at handling objections
- Structured and reliable in CRM documentation and follow-ups
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1)
