About the role
- Provide both operational and disciplinary leadership for your own team
- Build and maintain a motivating work environment focused on collaboration and development
- Deliver individual coaching and promote personal and performance-driven development
- Monitor relevant performance metrics and derive appropriate measures
- Plan resources and assignments proactively
- Ensure defined quality standards through continuous quality management
- Conduct employee reviews and recruitment interviews
- Create and maintain customer-facing materials such as call scripts, project overviews, and lead reporting
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent vocational qualification
- Several years of experience in a sales-oriented, communication-intensive environment
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and a leadership mindset
- Structured, self-organized working style with a focus on numbers and results
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
