Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience (e.g., as Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Agent)
  • Experience in managing and motivating sales teams as well as achieving sales targets
  • Strong sales and closing orientation with a pronounced affinity for numbers and KPIs
  • Structured working style, good self-organization, and a sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a practical leadership style
  • Strong customer focus and social skills in dealing with employees
  • Excellent German (C2); English skills at B1–B2 level are sufficient
