About the role
- Provide telephone-based consultation and support to new and existing B2B customers.
- Analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, networking platforms).
- Maintain and update relevant customer information in our database.
- Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for further management and closing.
- Contribute actively to market penetration through continuous outreach and relationship building.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and enjoyment of customer interaction.
- Strong communication skills on the phone and in written customer contact via email.
- Team spirit and the ability to celebrate successes together and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
- Goal-oriented work style and motivation to delight customers with the best solutions.
- German at a business-fluent/negotiation level (C2) in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
