About the role
- B2B new customer acquisition and account management for digital products
- Needs analysis and consulting for business customers on the optimal digital solutions
- Active sales of software solutions, cloud services, and digital platforms
- Maintenance of customer data in our CRM system
- Scheduling and qualifying leads for the field sales team
- Close collaboration with Marketing & Sales for strategic market expansion
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales, inside sales, or telesales is an advantage
- Affinity for digital solutions, software, and IT products
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientation
- Enthusiasm for sales and digital transformation
- Very good German (C1/C2) and ideally English language skills
