About the role
- Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your own team
- Strengthening and motivating your team
- Coaching and promoting personal and performance-based development within the team
- Monitoring performance metrics and defining measures to achieve targets
- Resource planning
- Ensuring quality standards through regular quality management
- Conducting employee appraisals and recruitment interviews
- Preparing regular client materials such as call scripts, project overviews and lead reports
Requirements
- Ideally a completed university degree in business, communications or social sciences, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in telesales/telemarketing or a comparable role
- A leadership personality with strong interpersonal skills who takes responsibility, shows above-average commitment and has a strong sales affinity
- Experience in team leadership and building teams
- Strong planning and self-organization skills, together with persuasiveness and leadership ability
- Analytical skills, customer orientation and social sensitivity
- Language skills according to the Common European Framework: German C1 and English B2
