About the role

  • Customer service: Provide phone-based support and advisory services for new and existing customers
  • Needs assessment: Identify customer requirements and uncover business opportunities
  • Documentation: Maintain and update customer information in our database
  • Lead qualification: Qualify and pass on potential business opportunities to the sales team to optimally develop customer relationships
  • Teamwork: Work closely within the team with strong opportunities for onboarding and integration

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales prospecting with a passion for sourcing new leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage target audiences
  • Highly motivated, resilient, driven and self-starting
  • Ability to understand customer issues and challenges and align those with our solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Preferably strong IT and business software knowledge, including familiarity with SAP solutions
  • Strong intercultural skills and preferably experience in international B2B markets
  • Verbal and written English skills (C1)
