About the role
- Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your own team
- Strengthen and motivate your team
- Coach and promote personal and performance-oriented development within the team
- Monitor performance metrics and derive measures to achieve targets
- Resource planning
- Ensure quality standards through regular quality management
- Conduct employee and recruitment interviews
- Prepare regular client materials such as call scripts, project overviews and lead reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business, communications or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in telesales/telemarketing or a sales-related environment
- Demonstrable leadership experience (e.g., as team leader, deputy team leader, supervisor or senior agent)
- Experience in managing and motivating sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong sales and closing orientation with a pronounced affinity for numbers and KPIs
- Structured working style, good self-organization and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a practical leadership style
- Strong customer focus and social skills in dealing with employees
- Excellent German language skills (C2); English skills at B1–B2 level are sufficient
