About the role

  • Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your own team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business, communications or a comparable field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in telesales/telemarketing or a sales-related environment
  • Demonstrable leadership experience (e.g., as team leader, deputy team leader, supervisor or senior agent)
  • Experience in managing and motivating sales teams and achieving sales targets
  • Strong sales and closing orientation with a pronounced affinity for numbers and KPIs
  • Structured working style, good self-organization and sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a practical leadership style
  • Strong customer focus and social skills in dealing with employees
  • Excellent German language skills (C2); English skills at B1–B2 level are sufficient
