About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build the operational backbone for sales, marketing, and customer success across systems, data, forecasting, and enablement
  • Configure and own CRM sales stages, ownership structures, opportunity and lead logging discipline
  • Evaluate, consolidate, and manage the broader go-to-market technology stack
  • Ensure accurate account ownership and sales/customer-success handoff structures in systems
  • Build recurring reporting for pacing, pipeline, renewals, expansion, and top-of-funnel activity
  • Own pipeline and revenue forecasting, surfacing risks and opportunities early
  • Establish baseline metrics and dashboards to measure process effectiveness
  • Document and maintain operating processes across sales, marketing, and customer-success operations
  • Organize onboarding materials, content, and sales assets as the enablement backbone
  • Connect sales operations, marketing operations, and revenue operations to maintain consistent processes
  • Design and administer compensation plans and incentive programs for revenue-generating roles
  • Partner with Finance on headcount planning, budget tracking, and GTM technology cost discipline
  • Identify and ship AI-driven improvements to reporting, forecasting, content operations, and enablement
  • Deliver standardized reporting, CRM alignment, a forecasting model, GTM tech-stack recommendations, and an AI-driven workflow improvement during the first two quarters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations, ideally at a growth-stage B2B company
  • Deep hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce or equivalent; able to configure systems
  • Strong analytical and forecasting background; able to build forecasting models
  • Experience owning or closely partnering on sales compensation design
  • Genuine, active AI user with real examples of AI-assisted workflows built
  • Comfortable building an early-stage, still-forming function without an existing playbook
  • Strong cross-functional communication; role works directly with the CEO, Finance, and go-to-market functions
