About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a crucial role in supporting the client-facing team by delivering prompt, accurate, and thorough communication related to retirement plan administration and compliance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data handling and adherence to deadlines, helping to maintain the operational integrity of each retirement plan.
Partner with senior team members for peer reviews and may provide some peer review support to level I administrators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience.
At least three years’ of experience in financial services or related field.
Applicable ASPPA designations or similar certifications preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients.
Ability to work independently and set priorities.
Ability to interpret documents and resolve technical problems.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and other business needs.
Ability to identify process improvement, serve as a project liaison for the team.
