About the role

  • Provide day-to-day client support, ensuring seamless service and addressing immediate needs
  • Deliver top-tier customer service by leveraging expertise and internal knowledge
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all plan-related questions, utilizing Salesforce to route inquiries
  • Maintain oversight of all open items related to assigned plans, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Track account activity and update CRM tools and documentation regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in defined contribution plans
  • QKA credential (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) is strongly recommended; candidates actively pursuing the designation or with equivalent expertise will be considered
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with a history of contributing to process enhancements or operations efficiency efforts
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities
  • Ability to interpret documents and resolve technical problems
  • Intermediate of Microsoft Word and Excel
