About the role
- Provide day-to-day client support, ensuring seamless service and addressing immediate needs
- Deliver top-tier customer service by leveraging expertise and internal knowledge
- Act as the primary point of contact for all plan-related questions, utilizing Salesforce to route inquiries
- Maintain oversight of all open items related to assigned plans, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Track account activity and update CRM tools and documentation regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience in defined contribution plans
- QKA credential (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) is strongly recommended; candidates actively pursuing the designation or with equivalent expertise will be considered
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with a history of contributing to process enhancements or operations efficiency efforts
- Ability to maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients
- Ability to work independently and set priorities
- Ability to interpret documents and resolve technical problems
- Intermediate of Microsoft Word and Excel
