About the role
- Utilize mapping software to overlay various types of speakers and estimate coverage areas using customer data and speaker performance
- Create acoustical projections for outdoor and indoor speaker systems for sales and technical tools
- Illustrate technical concepts with diagrams, charts, and illustrations
- Generate 2D models using CAD software for indoor and outdoor alerting system designs
- Transform raw data into charts, graphs, and infographics for easy interpretation
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to translate technical requirements into visuals
- Participate in design reviews with customers to finalize quotations and proposals
Requirements
- AutoCAD
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Google earth
- Adobe or equivalent tools
- Google workspace
- ArcGIS (desired)
- SoundPLAN (desired)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience creating systems designs
