About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to make sure we're engaging with the right prospects
  • Understand each prospect's financial setup to identify how Aleph will benefit them
  • Deliver personalized demos tailored to lean, 1-2 person finance teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle and involve the right internal resources at the right time to close deals
  • Negotiate and close deals quickly — SMB deals move fast
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to keep making Aleph better

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of B2B SaaS closing experience or a proven track record of quickly rising through the ranks in your sales career
  • Experience as an AE and exceeding quota selling deals in the $20k-$60k ACV range
  • Comfortable selling to founders, Heads of Finance, and CFOs at early-stage companies
  • Process driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Intellectually curious, interested in business, and like to solve problems
  • Bonus: experience selling to finance personas or working in a finance-adjacent role
