About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously improve sales operations processes, procedures, and methodologies across the APAC region, ensuring consistency and scalability across markets.
- Build capability and drive adoption of core sales tools — including Salesforce CRM and Weflow — across regional market teams.
- Partner with APAC leadership to support sales management routines, business reviews, and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and deliver analytical and modelling reports for senior leadership covering delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, coverage, productivity, and account-level and product-level opportunities.
- Track opportunities, risks, and account statuses on a weekly basis for key customers across the region.
- Own regional forecasting by business unit and market, leveraging data and AI-driven predictive modelling to improve accuracy and confidence.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of tools and process improvements that drive efficiency and simplification across the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with global Sales and Operations teams and Business Units to ensure alignment, enablement, and optimal coordination with local APAC teams.
- Work closely with sales teams and Salesforce/CRM administrators to ensure accurate platform utilisation and timely report generation for Business Unit leaders.
- Maintain ownership of critical dashboards including Forecast & Pipeline (ensuring each Business Unit has a clear and comprehensive view of forecasts and pipelines for key accounts) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), contributing operational and performance insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a Finance-adjacent commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience in process review, data systems, CRM management, and analytical reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for modelling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with core business technologies including CRM platforms (**Salesforce strongly preferred**) and sales enablement tools.
- Foundational project management skills — experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a structured way.
- Prior exposure to the online advertising, ad tech, or digital media industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented, and resourceful approach to problem-solving with a strong ability to prioritise and execute in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
