Senior Sales Manager – Microsoft Advertising
Aleph Group, IncClient Partner responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding Aleph’s footprint in Austria. Focus on business development in Microsoft Advertising and building long-term client partnerships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive commercial growth and expand Aleph’s footprint in Austria
- Own a book of business, identifying new growth opportunities
- Position Aleph as a strategic partner within the digital advertising ecosystem
- Hunt and close new advertisers into Microsoft Advertising clients
- Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline
- Own an aggressive sales quota and forecast accurately
- Conduct insight-driven client conversations
- Negotiate and close deals, maintaining relationships post-close
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong track record in business development, ad sales, or a closely related commercial function
- Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns; agency experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the local advertising ecosystem, including key players and stakeholders
- Direct experience with paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce campaign strategy
- Ability to work independently, manage a structured sales process, and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Fluency in Polish and English.
