About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive commercial growth and expand Aleph’s footprint in Austria
  • Own a book of business, identifying new growth opportunities
  • Position Aleph as a strategic partner within the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Hunt and close new advertisers into Microsoft Advertising clients
  • Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline
  • Own an aggressive sales quota and forecast accurately
  • Conduct insight-driven client conversations
  • Negotiate and close deals, maintaining relationships post-close

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong track record in business development, ad sales, or a closely related commercial function
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns; agency experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently deliver against revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the local advertising ecosystem, including key players and stakeholders
  • Direct experience with paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce campaign strategy
  • Ability to work independently, manage a structured sales process, and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
