About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams.
  • Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business.
  • Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams.
  • Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities.
  • Own the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenance.
  • Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution.
  • Administer the SAP platform: user roles, authorizations, transport management, and system configuration.
  • Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors.
  • Ensure every open CR has a named owner, module assignment, priority, and ETA.
  • Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing.
  • Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend.
  • Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements related to the SAP platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response.
  • Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors.
  • Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level.
  • Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred.
