Senior Client Partner – Spotify Ads Sales
Aleph Group, IncClient Partner focused on Philippine multinational companies to grow Spotify Ads revenue. Engage with stakeholders and present solutions to major clients in the market.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue from brands by educating and inspiring clients to use Spotify for business enhancement
- Sell Spotify ad products including audio, video, and branded partnerships
- Collaborate across multiple agency departments for successful campaigns
- Monitor upsell opportunities and meet/exceed revenue goals
- Partner with internal teams to maximize revenue
- Conduct industry analysis and prepare sales materials
- Translate audience data into insights using 3rd party data sources in collaboration with Business Marketing
- Respond to RFPs and deliver media proposals
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to monitor campaign performance
- Provide customers with post-campaign reporting
- Represent Aleph in Spotify at events and serve as brand ambassador
- Manage all sales activity in Salesforce
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Advertising, Business, Communications or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 - 8+ years of experience in media agency, media owner/publisher, client management or sales role
- Strong knowledge of the Philippines' digital media marketplace and existing relationships with agencies and direct brands
- Knowledge of online and offline media planning and buying ecosystem including programmatic advertising
- Obsessed with customer satisfaction with a proven track record in building internal and external relationships
- Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
- Analytical with a consistent record of strategic and creative thinking
- Proficient in creating reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote; experience with Salesforce, DSM and DFP is a plus
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to change
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to present effectively and close deals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams to deliver creative campaigns
