About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be the primary advocate for Uber’s advertising platform, creating awareness and excitement among agencies, direct clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for Argentina, considering market trends, key industries, etc.
  • Build and nurture relationships with agencies, direct advertisers, and positioning Uber as a key advertising solution.
  • Organize workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on platform capabilities, metrics, and opportunities.
  • Leverage market insights to create compelling sales propositions, unlock new revenue streams, and deliver consultative advertising solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by maintaining consistent communication, gathering feedback, and refining strategies to ensure satisfaction and results.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to advertisers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align the platform’s offerings with the needs and maturity of the Argentinean market, ensuring sustainable growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or digital advertising.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers across the advertising ecosystem in Argentina.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills, with a proven ability to educate and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with a preference for building processes and solutions from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
