About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and deliver on revenue targets, pipeline, and growth strategy.
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities across key verticals.
- Develop tailored, consultative advertising solutions using Spotify’s ecosystem.
- Partner with media agencies and direct clients.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and goals.
- Leverage your existing network to unlock new opportunities.
- From prospecting → pitching → strategy → execution → reporting.
- Manage campaign delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure best-in-class client experience and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in digital media / advertising sales.
- Strong network across agencies and advertisers in Taiwan.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising (audio, video, display, programmatic).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven selling.
