About the role
- Guide brands on how to leverage the platforms ads to achieve their marketing goals
- Drive and hunt for new business and identify untapped opportunities with brands and agencies
- Own and grow a dedicated book of business, driving revenue and achieving defined sales KPIs
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline, executing disciplined sales routines
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Position Aleph as a strategic digital partner to agencies and direct clients
- Lead commercial conversations around performance, investment, and growth opportunities
- Deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial strategies aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers, tech, and support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Monitor market trends and proactively unlock new business opportunities
- Contribute to scalable best practices that drive sustainable growth across markets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or commercial account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing ecosystems
- Experience managing structured sales pipelines and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with agencies or enterprise-level advertisers
- Experience selling performance-driven digital solutions
