About the role

  • Own and grow X’s revenue in **Poland**, our key local market
  • Build and expand relationships with **top brand advertisers and media agencies**
  • Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts
  • Lead commercial conversations including **agency trading agreements and negotiations**
  • Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, media planning, and performance solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Represent X at key industry events and within the Polish advertising ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • **5-8 years** of digital ad sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Strong experience managing **both direct clients and media agencies**
  • Proven involvement in or exposure to **agency trading agreements**
  • Deep understanding of the **Polish digital advertising ecosystem**
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience with online advertising, analytics, and performance marketing
  • **Fluency in Polish and English**
