About the role
- Own and grow X’s revenue in **Poland**, our key local market
- Build and expand relationships with **top brand advertisers and media agencies**
- Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts
- Lead commercial conversations including **agency trading agreements and negotiations**
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, media planning, and performance solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Represent X at key industry events and within the Polish advertising ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- **5-8 years** of digital ad sales, business development, or account management experience
- Strong experience managing **both direct clients and media agencies**
- Proven involvement in or exposure to **agency trading agreements**
- Deep understanding of the **Polish digital advertising ecosystem**
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience with online advertising, analytics, and performance marketing
- **Fluency in Polish and English**
