About the role
- Represent **Spotify’s advertising solutions** in the Irish market through our partnership with Aleph.
- Lead conversations with brands and agencies, understanding their business goals and helping them leverage Spotify to reach the right audience.
- Build, grow, and manage strong relationships with media agencies and key advertisers.
- Inspire clients with Spotify's full range of ad formats - from audio to video to podcast integrations.
- Educate partners through impactful presentations, hands-on training, and data-driven storytelling.
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to campaign strategy, proposal development, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with our global Spotify and Aleph teams to ensure client success and campaign excellence.
- Stay on top of market trends, consumer behavior, and platform innovations to deliver proactive recommendations.
- Accurately maintain pipelines and forecasting via our CRM tools (Salesforce & Spotify systems).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or client-facing roles at media agencies or tech platforms.
- Deep understanding of how agencies and brands plan, buy, and measure media campaigns - especially in audio or programmatic.
- Passion for Spotify, audio innovation, and the evolving digital media landscape.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you can turn data into insights and insights into action.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs a plus.
- Business-level English and strong knowledge of the Irish media market.
