About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the Kandji/IRU MDM platform, including device enrollment, app deployment, security policies, and compliance monitoring
- Administer Google Workspace including user lifecycle management, security configurations, and data governance policies
- Provide expert-level support for macOS and iOS devices, resolving complex technical issues
- Design and implement zero-touch deployment workflows for new employee onboarding
- Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive IT tasks and improve efficiency
- Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service resources
- Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint compliance and security standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in IT support with focus on Apple device management
- Proven hands-on experience with Kandji/IRU or similar MDM solutions (Jamf, Mosyle)
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features
- Deep understanding of macOS and iOS enterprise management
- Experience with ITIL processes and ISMS frameworks
- Experience with SSO/identity management solutions
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or AppleScript) for automation
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation
- Fluent in German and English
- Google Workspace certification is a plus
