About the role
- Own day-to-day configuration of our rapidly evolving CRM, including playing a role in implementing our new tools
- Deep understanding of CRM features to support the solution design process
- Track business opportunities, build revenue funnels, and distribute reporting
- Maintain system data quality and enforce best practices
- Work closely with GTM team leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements and to maintain a reliable configuration roadmap
- Provide support on deal desk functions, coordinating internal approvals with legal and finance teams
- Produce documentation for system changes, data models, and processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on CRM admin experience and a deep understanding of the leading CRM tools on the market
- Experience implementing and rolling out new business systems
- A deep understanding of:
- Data management best practices and data architecture
- How to leverage automation to scale a business
- Technical aptitude and comfort leading deployments, user testing, and QA; experience working within a DevOps cycle is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs, integration concepts, and third-party integration tools
