About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic thought leadership across all business units to accelerate revenue growth through our Partners
- Align resources in support of our Partner Channel program, ensuring we provide the best support and establishing cohesion across all disciplines and functions to enable our Partners, Sales and Services team members to acquire, retain and grow revenue
- Always put our clients first; ensure we are acting in the best interests of our clients and are aligned to their goals/needs
- Position Alegeus for >20% incremental ARR growth each year
- Enable Alegeus to become the #1 provider of healthcare funding and navigation solutions
- Partner with our Sales leaders to understand the needs of our Partners and our sales team
- Develop strategic Partner Channel program to accelerate revenue opportunities through the reach of our Partners
- Work with Sales Leaders, Marketing and Sales Operations to execute Partner channel program through aligned Partner incentives, sales plays, training and certification programs, metrics and measures for the business and roadmap for growth
- Partner with Sales Leaders to ensure our programs provide enablement structure for both the lens of Alegeus to Partner and Partner to Market
- Ensure sales plays, sales training and onboarding of talent meet the needs to provide the best opportunity for success with growth of our Partners
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all business partners are fully aligned to support and ensure success of Partner channel program
- Coordinate cross-functionally in support of driving operational efficiencies into the business with a lens of decreasing time to revenue, improving Partner satisfaction/delight and providing growth opportunities
- Work with Sales leaders and Sales Operations to bring programs to the team to maximize opportunities across account plans and identify areas to strengthen strategic opportunities and positioning within accounts
- Lead strategic program initiatives cross functionally, such as Sales Process, Enterprise Interlock and Revenue Management
- Partner with all business leaders in the organization to establish key metrics across the business
- Frequently evaluate sales related processes for optimization
- Manage the GTM strategic program team; provide all expertise needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS required; Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing or similar field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a Channel or Go-to-Market leadership role
- Strong business acumen; proven planning skills and executive presence
- Passion for healthcare, financial services, behavioral economics, consumerism and/or any combination of these disciplines
- Thrives in ambiguity; willing to take on big challenges
- Able to prioritize effectively in an environment of many urgent, competing needs
- Builds and fosters a strong team atmosphere
- Strategic thinker; able to problem solve fluidly and effectively.
