About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic relationship builder, positioning Alegeus as a market leader in consumer-driven healthcare with brokers, consultants, and key partners
  • Activate and expand broker-driven sales opportunities by collaborating closely with regional sales teams on introductions, meetings, events, and thought leadership
  • Drive meaningful pipeline growth by developing targeted territory and engagement plans that convert relationships into results
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout priority pursuits—removing consultant-related barriers and elevating the sales process for complex opportunities
  • Represent Alegeus and our partners at conferences, broker meetings, and industry events, strengthening brand awareness and market credibility
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver consistent messaging and a seamless partner experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in a channel, broker, or go-to-market leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of the TPA and health plan market
  • Strong familiarity with CDH benefits and financial or payment solutions technology
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
