Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to lead complex business analysis initiatives
Facilitate Agile delivery by coaching teams on Scrum principles and removing impediments
Support backlog refinement and promote continuous improvement for efficient value delivery
Drive stakeholder alignment by maintaining a prioritized backlog and facilitating workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in business analysis with agile environments
Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications (Preferred)
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions that are user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable.
Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation to support agile development and stakeholder alignment.
Skilled in facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across business, technical, and leadership teams.
Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst) that demonstrate ongoing professional development and platform expertise.
