About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the collection and analysis of quantitative data regarding operational health.
Partner with leadership to summarize data and qualitative feedback.
Coordinate with business intelligence team on operational dashboards and trackers.
Help build presentations and data visuals for stakeholder updates.
Maintain and update project plans for various projects.
Support maintenance of project management tools and documentation.
Monitor project timelines and escalate potential risks to leadership.
Help map out existing business processes to improve workflows.
Organize task lists and track action items for operational leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain schedules.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required.
2+ years of relevant work experience within healthcare required
Familiarity with value based care preferred
Experience working with a top-tier electronic health record (EHR) system strongly preferred
Excellent computer skills and experience working with a wide range of software applications including Excel, Salesforce, Visio, Tableau, and Google platform.
