About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly while directly contributing to healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare high-level board presentations, coordinate key events like ACO retreats and kick-offs, and design critical reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Monitor compliance activities, support leadership on special projects, and serve as the operational backbone ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization, from board meetings to provider communications.
  • Gain valuable exposure to strategic decisions that shape the future of value-based care.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
  • Project management process knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
