About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly while directly contributing to healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Prepare high-level board presentations, coordinate key events like ACO retreats and kick-offs, and design critical reports using business intelligence tools.
- Monitor compliance activities, support leadership on special projects, and serve as the operational backbone ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization, from board meetings to provider communications.
- Gain valuable exposure to strategic decisions that shape the future of value-based care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
- Project management process knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
