About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly
Prepare high-level board presentations
Coordinate key events like ACO retreats and kick-offs
Design critical reports using business intelligence tools
Monitor compliance activities
Support leadership on special projects
Ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
Project management process knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
