Operations Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly
- Prepare high-level board presentations
- Coordinate key events like ACO retreats and kick-offs
- Design critical reports using business intelligence tools
- Monitor compliance activities
- Support leadership on special projects
- Ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
- Project management process knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
