Field Marketing Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help coordinate logistics for regional tradeshows, customer dinners, and in-person events, including venue selection, catering, booth shipping, and vendor management. Manage pre- and post-event processes such as guest lists, registration, follow-up communications, and reporting. Support onsite event setup and teardown when applicable.
- Partner in scheduling and managing logistics for webinars including platform setup (ON24), speaker coordination, registration, and live-day support. Ensure timely execution of promotional emails, landing pages, and calendar invites in coordination with the GDR team. Track attendance, engagement metrics and contribute to post-event reporting and nurture plans.
- Partner with Field Marketing Managers to localize messaging and promotional assets to suit regional audience needs. Ensure field assets (presentations, signage, swag etc.) are up-to-date and delivered on time. Help coordinate speakers and internal SME’s for events and webinars.
- Work closely with Sales, MarOps, BI, and Digital teams to ensure alignment on regional goals, targets, operational needs and reporting. Maintain project timelines and keep stakeholders informed of milestones and changes.
- Support Field Marketing Managers track and manage event and webinar performance metrics in Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce). Assist in reporting on ROI, lead generation, and LUM impact of field programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, preferably within healthcare or a health system
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support.
