About the role

  • This role will work directly with the project team and business. Responsible for tracking the enterprise portfolio and driving project teams in shaping consistent architecture across the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and custom applications. The role also requires definition, documentation, roadmap for current and future states, and resolves technical issues in areas of ownership.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical support and quality assurance throughout all project stages, addressing technical challenges as they arise. Define and document architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications to ensure adherence to standards and governance processes.
  • Manage integrations with upstream downstream systems and with third-party services and ensure compliance with data governance policies during implementation phases.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce Developer/Architect experience
  • Salesforce Admin, Sr. Admin, Developer, Platform, Application Architect certifications (Preferred)
