About the role
- Build relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand Aledade’s network in key markets
- Recruit practices to participate in government and commercial value-based care contracts backed by Aledade’s expertise, support, and analytics
- Engage with prospective practices consultatively to evaluate fit and secure commitment to participate in value-based care contracts with accountability to defined growth targets
- Extend and negotiate participation agreements (contracts) using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign
- Capture and document notes, activities, attachments and recruitment progress within shared systems such as Salesforce CRM
- Coordinate with field teams to generate referrals and leverage reference sites and Aledade experts to support network development
- Participate in state and regional strategy development sessions and provide input on market best practices
- Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned accounts; accountable for achieving annual growth targets
- Travel frequently (50-75%) within assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of success in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development (especially in primary care physician practices)
- Willingness to travel up 50-75% within assigned territory
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, Conga, and DocuSign for contracting and documentation
- Knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management
- Ability to thrive within entrepreneurial, high-growth environments that require ingenuity, flexibility, and resilience
- Physical requirements: sitting for prolonged periods, extensive computer use, occasional walking and lifting; ability to lift 50 pounds
