About the role
- Lead a team of individual contributors in the development of technology that saves lives and improves mental and physical health.

Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
- 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead building highly scalable and reliable software.
- 5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams.
- You have experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching world-class engineers including performance management.
- You have experience in taking ownership of the technology decisions, while delegating and empowering team members.
- You have experience communicating analysis and establishing confidence among audiences who do not share your disciplinary background or training.
- You have strong communication and relationship building skills, with experience influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for healthcare: A genuine interest in improving healthcare through technology is a strong motivator.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- 5+ years experience building and managing full stack and complex front end applications built using modern web technologies (eg: JavaScript, React, Angular, VueJs, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go, JVM). Vue and Python preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable platform architectures. This includes knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud based technologies such as AWS, Azure or google cloud.
