About the role

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Aledade’s Salesforce platform and related systems.
The administrator will work closely with a Salesforce team lead to identify, develop and deploy new business processes as prioritized by a Product Manager working with our core Business Operations teams (Growth, Launch, and Performance).

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
1+ years experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience collaborating with Salesforce end users and other business stakeholders; strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build formula fields, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Experience working with Jira is a plus
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified or equivalent experience
