Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years experience in Learning Experience Design or related instructional design roles.
Demonstrated expertise designing multimodal, scalable learning programs for diverse audiences, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or complex systems.
Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and evidence-based learning strategies and LMS platforms..
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage trade-offs, and influence decisions at multiple organizational levels.
Experience leveraging data insights to inform design decisions, define learning metrics, and measure program impact.
Strong facilitation skills for design critiques, postmortems, and stakeholder reviews, fostering alignment and continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to build trust and navigate complex conversations.
