About the role

Support the discovery, design, and responsible adoption of AI solutions across the business.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
Assist in implementing and change management efforts.
Monitor for policy breaches and ensure adherence to Aledade’s AI policies.
Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data, Product, and Engineering to drive safe, effective AI outcomes.
Hands-on work with use case discovery, documentation, adoption support, compliance checks, and cross-functional coordination.

6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting
Proven track record designing and implementing compliant AI solutions across multiple business domains
Experience facilitating use case discovery, requirements gathering, and solution scoping with non-technical stakeholders.
Foundational knowledge of major cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI)
Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
