About the role
- Lead cross-functional operational initiatives across Provider Networks and Product to ensure comprehensive data integrity and optimal performance in Quality reporting.
- Manage and resolve field queries, preparing comprehensive reporting for executive and practice leadership.
- Formulate strategic initiatives for MSSP Quality programs across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while translating complex quality data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Unparalleled, 90th percentile or better ability to lead through influence
- Relentless focus on data, using numbers to guide strategic decisions.
- 8+ years of experience
- Expertise and at least 2+ years experience working in HEDIS Quality-related work, preferably including the Medicare Shared Savings Program
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully navigate and manage relationships across all levels, both upward and downward.
- Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides.
- Expert-level understanding of MSSP quality program policies and measures.
