About the role
- As an Executive Director at Aledade, you'll be the entrepreneurial leader of your market(s), spearheading the business strategy that directly improves patient outcomes and healthcare affordability. You'll serve as the vital bridge between our field operations and central support teams, ensuring every initiative translates into real-world impact. Collaborate closely with Regional and Senior Medical Directors to turn clinical excellence into sustainable savings, while building and guiding field teams that transform how healthcare is delivered. Autonomy to shape market-specific strategies, drive meaningful practice partnerships, and see firsthand how your leadership creates lasting change in the communities you serve. Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry (i.e., health plan, hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, government, pharmacy chain, management consulting) with a proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with senior management. 7+ years of management experience 3+ years of Value Based Care experience Master’s degree or other advanced degrees in health services research, health policy, healthcare administration, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields.
