Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and monitor the engineering process for contracting developments/modules;
Track and manage checklists and outstanding items for revenue release based on construction progress;
Prepare and follow the Credit and Legal review process for contracting developments/modules;
Monitor and manage the mortgage release of units;
Prepare area control reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Microsoft Office suite;
