About the role

  • Analysis, interpretation and quantity takeoffs of technical building and infrastructure project documents;
  • Preparation of detailed budgets for buildings, subdivisions and condominium developments;
  • Technical support to project, product, R&D, permitting and land-prospecting teams during the development of new typologies and project bases;
  • Knowledge and use of composition and price tables such as SINAPI and TCPO;
  • Sourcing prices for construction materials to prepare execution-level budgets;
  • Technical support for procurement and construction teams;
  • Participation in meetings with management and the executive team to present studies and results;
  • Knowledge of performance standards and construction systems, such as wood-frame construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urbanism;
  • Technical diploma in Building/Construction (desirable);
  • Experience preparing budgets for buildings and infrastructure projects;
  • Experience with building technical designs and infrastructure projects;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation for presenting data and results.
