About the role
- Initial contact: Receiving and reaching out to leads generated by the Marketing team.
- Strategic qualification: Analyzing and filtering leads to identify the most promising potential customers.
- Document management: Collecting and monitoring documentation throughout the evaluation process to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Accurate handoff: Routing qualified leads—especially those with approved financing—to closers.
- Results-oriented: Awareness of individual and team KPIs and goals to optimize performance.
- Process discipline: Performing the right tasks at the right time to ensure efficiency.
Requirements
- Candidates with higher education in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields.
- Previous experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage leads.
- Process diligence to follow steps accurately.
- Analytical thinking to evaluate opportunities and make strategic decisions.
