About the role

  • Follow up on client-related requests
  • Schedule and manage key handovers and inspections with clients
  • Interact with Alea and Casapatio clients by responding via client communication channels—primarily WhatsApp and telephone—addressing requests and needs
  • Monitor responses to social media interactions
  • Manage email communications to clients
  • Manage giveaways and client materials
  • Collaborate with various business areas to identify improvement needs in the relationship framework, aiming to enhance customer relationship excellence
  • Manage and monitor the Post-Sales (After-Sales) Center.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with social media monitoring platforms
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
  • Must reside in São Paulo or Ribeirão Preto.
