About the role

  • Build the whole marketing department and execute a compelling marketing strategy to position Alea as #1 aggregation platform.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maximise ROI.
  • Create and develop Alea’s brand awareness and comprehensive go-to-market strategy and marketing plans.
  • Define Marketing and department KPIs, monitor results and report to COO and Board.
  • Generate content for social media, press/media pitching, website, blog posts, videos, conference presentations, infographics and brochures.
  • Collaborate with Art Director, sales, product, engineering, and leadership to drive new business and own pipeline numbers.
  • Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns and own full customer journey across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Lead and oversee product launches, global marketing activities, social presence, customer events and conferences.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement library: case studies, elevator pitches, product overviews, brochures, presentations.
  • Optimize marketing touchpoints using data across funnel stages; plan and host online/offline events.
  • Empower decision making through business cases and collaborate with sales and Board to guide acquisition and engagement strategy.
  • Manage entire marketing function: demand generation, PR, branding, web optimization, design, etc.

Requirements

  • 5 + years experience working within the Igaming industry or other relevant and related areas.
  • Hands-on mindset and being able to get things done in a structured and detail-oriented way.
  • Strong experience and abilities in digital marketing + offline strategy.
  • Bachelor in Marketing, International Marketing or related field (required) + Master or Postgraduate in Business is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role
  • Excellent people management skills – Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite.
  • Advanced level of Hubspot & marketing automation + web related tools
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus.
