About the role
- Negotiate construction services to secure the best proposal in accordance with established parameters.
- Negotiate construction materials to secure the best proposal in accordance with established parameters.
- Source and prospect new suppliers of services and materials, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Adjust purchase orders according to requesting projects/sites to keep orders aligned with updated pricing.
- Provide support to projects/sites in case of commercial issues with contracted suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement strategy processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD.
