About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and approach qualified candidates
- Conduct sourcing activities across multiple channels
- Perform phone or video pre-screenings
- Assess candidates' skills and motivations
- Write interview reports
- Present selected profiles to our agency or directly to clients depending on the assignment
- Build and maintain your candidate network
- Ensure professional follow-up of the candidate experience
- Occasionally participate in end-to-end recruitment projects
- Monitor digital roles and employment market trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent hunting appreciated
- Independent status or desire to work as a freelancer
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
- Ability to organize work autonomously
- Capacity to quickly identify the right profiles
- Results-oriented with a focus on service quality
- Candidate sourcing
- Conducting interviews
- Profile assessment
- Client and candidate relationship management
- Use of job boards and professional networks
- Proficiency with office and collaboration tools
- Experience recruiting for IT, Digital or Cybersecurity is a plus
- Knowledge of development, data, cloud or infrastructure roles
- Experience in a recruitment agency
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced sourcing tools
- Established professional network in the IT or digital sectors
