Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and approach qualified candidates
Conduct sourcing activities across multiple channels
Perform phone or video pre-screenings
Assess candidates' skills and motivations
Write interview reports
Present selected profiles to our agency or directly to clients depending on the assignment
Build and maintain your candidate network
Ensure professional follow-up of the candidate experience
Occasionally participate in end-to-end recruitment projects
Monitor digital roles and employment market trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent hunting appreciated
Independent status or desire to work as a freelancer
Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
Ability to organize work autonomously
Capacity to quickly identify the right profiles
Results-oriented with a focus on service quality
Candidate sourcing
Conducting interviews
Profile assessment
Client and candidate relationship management
Use of job boards and professional networks
Proficiency with office and collaboration tools
Experience recruiting for IT, Digital or Cybersecurity is a plus
Knowledge of development, data, cloud or infrastructure roles
Experience in a recruitment agency
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced sourcing tools
Established professional network in the IT or digital sectors
