Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, control, and optimize logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality customer service, and compliance with service level agreements;
Analyze performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and monitor operational performance;
Collaborate with partner areas, supporting strategic decisions, process and systems evolution, and projects aimed at continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Logistics and/or STEM/technical fields;
Specific knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, material flow, and financial controls;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI;
Experience preparing presentations and materials for discussions with leadership, peers, suppliers, and other stakeholder areas;
Familiarity with CRM tools and models, Continuous Improvement and Quality methodologies, Customer Success/Experience, Customer Service, route-planning/routing software, TMS and ERP systems;
Availability to work night shifts.
