About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, control and optimize logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality customer service and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans and monitor operational performance.
- Collaborate with partner areas to support strategic decision-making, process improvements, system enhancements and projects focused on continuous improvement of the supply chain.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Logistics and/or a STEM-related field.
- Specific knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, material flow and financial controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience preparing presentations and materials for discussion with leadership, peers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and models, Continuous Improvement and Quality methodologies, Customer Success/Experience, Customer Service platforms, route-optimization software (roteirizadores), Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems.
