About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, control and optimize logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality customer service and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans and monitor operational performance.
  • Collaborate with partner areas to support strategic decision-making, process improvements, system enhancements and projects focused on continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Logistics and/or a STEM-related field.
  • Specific knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, material flow and financial controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI.
  • Experience preparing presentations and materials for discussion with leadership, peers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and models, Continuous Improvement and Quality methodologies, Customer Success/Experience, Customer Service platforms, route-optimization software (roteirizadores), Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems.
